- There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and intermittent noise is expected throughout the day. We are currently awaiting further updates and will amend our listing accordingly.

- Only the guests registered at the time of booking will have access to the apartment.
- Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment. A sound noise detector linked to a professional security company has been installed in the flat and CCTV cameras are active in the common areas of the building, for an added layer of security.
Additional cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged upon request for an extra charge.
- Family Amenities: We can provide a travel cot and high chair for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request this in advance.
- Sofa Bed Policy: The sofa bed is included in the price when the booking is for 5 or 6 guests and available upon request for an additional charge if the booking is for 3 or 4 guests:
