Orpington is known for its green spaces and parks. One of the most prominent is Priory Gardens, which features well-maintained gardens, a pond, and a café. Several nature reserves and woodlands in the surrounding area offer outdoor activities and leisure opportunities.
The town centre of Orpington offers a range of shopping facilities, including a shopping mall and The Walnuts Shopping Centre, with various shops, restaurants, and services; it is only a few minutes' walking distance from our apartment.
Guests will have exclusive, private access to the apartment and the private Jacuzzi. Entry to the building and the flat is secured with convenient access codes for easy self-check-in.
Guests are also welcome to use the shared building amenities:
- Shared Gym: Available for use from 6:00 to 22:00.
- Shared Workspace: Open from 8:55 to 17:00 on a first-come, first-served basis. It includes desk spaces and sofas for meetings.
We offer a seamless self-check-in process to give you flexibility on arrival. Our team is always available to assist you. Should you have any questions or need recommendations, you can reach us through the booking platform.
There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing.
If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed.
Security:
A noise-detection system is installed in the apartment to monitor noise levels and help us maintain a quiet environment for all residents. It only measures decibel levels and does not record conversations. Parties are strictly forbidden, and only guests registered at the time of booking may enter the apartment.
Sofa Bed Use: The sofa bed is automatically included for bookings of 3 or 4 guests. If 2 guests wish to use separate beds (the main bed and the sofa bed), an extra fee will apply. Please inquire for details.
Family Amenities: A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional fee of £40 per stay. Please request this in advance.
Long Stays: For longer stays, additional cleaning services can be arranged for an extra charge.
